Refund policy

We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition.  Refunds will only be issued if item is defective or out of stock. 

You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

Items that are new (unworn / unused) can be exchanged.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, dry cleaned / laundered, or have the normal marks of wear. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with any merchandise returned to Krush Boutique for an exchange.

We do not make exceptions to this policy.
